IT Service Canvas

We are happy we have finally finished our IT Service Canvas. Inspired by several other canvases out their, we decide to design one especially for IT organisations.

The canvas is based on the principle of desirability, viability and feasibility. In other words, what is good from the perspective of business, user and technology.

Next to that we tried to incorporate the basic idea of service management, that a service consists of people, process and technology.

You can use the canvas to look at the services you deliver at this moment. If this is your goal, then fill out the boxes with the current state.

The canvas ideally is used for design new IT services. Imagine there is no organisation, process or technology in place, and you get to be CIO of your own organisation. What would your ideal IT service look like?
