Process Improvement in the Aviation Industry

We have been working with one of the national air traffic agencies in Europe to improve their change management process. In order to speed up their process we have implemented several improvements, together with coaching the IT-staff.

These improvements were found in several workshops. e.g. Apollo Game and our own designed Architecture Game.
The improvements were partly practical changes to the process. The other part were more complex cultural and behavioural aspects.
