Service Management Awareness through Serious Gaming

A medium sized public service organisation in The Netherlands asked us for an ITIL Foundation training. After some talks we found out that the answer to their problem was not an out of the box ITIL Foundation. Together with our customer we have set up a special learning track for their IT organisation.
This track consisted of an Apollo Game (i.e. business simulation), tailored ITIL Foundation course, and on the job consultancy and advise how to implement process improvements.
