Service Management Training for Aerospace and Defence Industry

We have trained the IT department of a big Aerospace and Defence Company in Spain. By adjusting the theory of ITIL®

to their specfic field of work we were able to combine practice and theory for their organization.

The 2-day training was combined with the official ITIL V3® Foundation exam. All participants passed their exam.
